This individual ideally will have property management experience and have had repair work/remodel experience

Background checks including criminal, DMV and credit will be run on qualified candidates
Driver's License (Required)
Providing your own basic tools, a computer or laptop, and cell phone
Responsibilities
Position currently is scheduled to work everyday on-call
Understand Marshall & Co. Property Management policies and procedures; the community’s rules and regulations; and the terms of the lease and other addendums to the lease but communicate any lease infractions of tenants to the property manager
Comply with the state Fair Housing (Residential Landlord & Tenant Act) and all other governmental laws and regulations
Show any vacant units
Keep the premises cleaned and well maintained
Handle any repairs needed
Oversee move-in and move-out inspection of all units
Responsible for marketing of property
Responsible for maintenance of pool, log and pool area
Compensation is a free apartment in San Rafael
