Our Client Center is a meeting facility designed to welcome clients and other guests into a private and sophisticated environment.

As part of the Client Center Team our primary role is to create a first-class experience. By providing exceptional service with the utmost attention to detail we ensure that all client needs are met to encourage a warm and comforting environment.

The Client Center is comprised of three fixed meeting rooms accommodating varying sizes up to 25 people. In this space we are welcoming clients into our home as part of the team.

Job Responsibilities :

This role will assist with the back of house operations of the Client Center. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) :

• Assist with setup and organization of meeting rooms; wiping surfaces, reset credenza; refill credenza cabinets
• Tend to coffee bar each day for service; restocking products, replenish china, maintain coffee machine maintenance and wiping surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of meeting rooms and pantry area, including stocking supplies, rotating inventory of expired products and ensuring health and safety standards are met
• Follow sanitation standards, including washing dishes, wiping surfaces and sanitizing equipment
• Engage region lead or local contact to schedule and place maintenance service requests, ordering kitchen and office supplies, replenishing product (coffee;

snacks etc.) when needed

• Develop and strengthen relationships with on-site establishing a personal brand of high-level onsite service
• Emphasis on high end customer service, when providing limited interaction with clients

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills :

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to demonstrate sensitivity and tact
• Adherence to strict privacy and confidentiality guidelines
• Precise attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, high-profile environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Part time 8am-11am
• Food handling license required
