Job Duties:
Shift: M-F 5:30PM- 1:30AM
This is a FT working lead position at a large office building in downtown Duluth. This person will manage a crew of 4 cleaners. Duties include cleaning offices, training, supervising, inspecting office spaces. Also will vacuum, mop, sweep, run an auto scrubber, clean restrooms. Prefer someone with prior janitorial supervision experience, but not absolutely necessary.
As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:
Cleaning Restrooms
Taking out the trash
Sanitizing
Sweeping
Vacuuming
Mopping
Dusting
Immediate opening for a janitorial floater. This is a FT position primarily M-F evenings. Looking for someone who can be flexible. This position involves filling in for cleaners at open accounts and helping out with project work. Prefer someone who has floor care/carpet cleaning experience, but not absolutely necessary. Weekends off, Holidays off, Paid Holidays,
