This position is for the Sales Associate position at the Glendale Galleria.

Ethel M Chocolates Sales Associates, with an unforgettable personality, a foreversmile, and a passion to serve our guests are the focal point to building our brand and providing best in class customer service to our guests.

This role is responsible for providing an exceptional experience for our Guests whether in a cashier, selling, ormerchandisingposition.

This role is unique as it is one of the few that interacts directly with our customers daily.

Context and Scope

Guest experience associates are customer facing roles that require positivity,product knowledgeand determination to create an unforgettable experience for customers.

This role will be required to be trained and work in all areas of the selling floor. This associate must be excited toSMILEand work in a fun, fast paced environment to make every interaction a positive unforgettable experience for our guests while drivingbusiness metrics.

Job Requirements

• Musthave authorizationto work in the .
• Must have the ability tomoveswiftly throughout crowded stores during peak hours
• Must have the capability to positively engage customer at a high-volume store with diverse customer base
• Ability to work nights, weekends, AND holidays
• Noretailexperience is required, is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Proactively recovers shop floor by restocking, folding, sizing and detailing standards to protect the stores appearance

Total rewards at Mars includes base pay, competitive benefits, and annual bonus (if position is eligible). The full-time pay range for this role is :

USD 14.60 - USD 21.90
