Mars is Hiring a Materials Planning Business Process Expert Near Franklin, TN
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Qualification in Supply chain or Finance is preferable but not mandatory
- 3 years of experience in operational roles associated with PMO/Change Management/Transformation in Supply Chain.
- Core Functional expertise in materials planning/procurement, analytics, SAP, and supply chain systems is preferable but not mandatory
- Identify opportunities for improvement of WoW, standards, processes, systems and propose and implement changes
- Drive performance and effectiveness on Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order automation
- Lead as the PMO projects for improvement areas (e.g. split sourcing, MRP batch jobs, etc.)
- Provide project support to help advance organizational strategic goals and objectives.
- Provide performance insights & analytics support via Commercial digital tools through product management leadership
- Design and propose Annual Commercial Business Calendar to determine best practices around contract negotiations/management
- Plan, facilitate & co-ordinate key functional events/forums
