We’re looking for an individual contributor with recognized skills in a specialized role in thefield of Distribution / Transportation.

What are we looking for?

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience

3 years of experience in supply chain / logistics

Experience of supervising and directing people and otherresources to achieve specific end results within limitedtimeframes

Excellent Verbal Communication

Ability to builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others tomeet shared objectives

What will be your key responsibilities?

Utilizing the TMS system to process shipments, assign appointments and assign reason codes

You’ll carry out a range of supplier management activities, eitherto support others or to fulfill the requirements of the role.

You’ll help manage clients by carrying out standard activities andproviding support to others.

You’ll provide operational support services and sometimes act asfirst-line supervisor of a transactional operations area.

Involves using existing systems and protocols.

The ultimate responsibility is to ensure on time delivery for Mars Petcare outbound shipments.

Ensure shipments have assigned carriers by following an established routing guide

Work with carriers to secure shipment coverage and address issues that come up throughout the lifecycle of the shipment

Collaborate with Mars sites and internal teams to ensure on time delivery to customers

Maintain a desk guide to ensure all processes are up to date and accessible by the team
