Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Participating in the planning of instruction and designing learning experiences for special education students.
- Organize and understand subject matter for student learning.
- Create and maintain effective environments for student learning.
- Engage and support all students in the learning process.
- Participate in assessing student learning and IEP.
- Manage student behavior.
- Supervise, educate, and mentor the assigned instructional specialists.
Qualifications:
- A minimum qualification of a Bachelor's degree with a certified L1 teaching credential qualified for autism special education.
- Preference for a Master's in special education with an L2 credential in moderate-severe special education.
- Competency in English writing and verbal communication.
- Experience with preliminary credential internships would be highly considered.
