**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with various machinery and tools, including milling machines, press brake machines, lathes, laser cutting equipment, stamping presses, and more.

**Duties:**

EDM machines to perform machining operations, fast hole drilling, graphite shaping on metal castings, forgings and bar stock according to specifications and set-up instructions, applying knowledge of machining methods.

Inspect first-run piece, maintain measured dimension list. Record and inspect key dimensions for conformance to specifications using micrometer and precision dial gauges.

Troubleshoot & Repair production, machine

- Operate and maintain machinery in accordance with safety protocols

- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production

- Perform basic math calculations for measurements and adjustments

- Utilize tools such as calipers and other measuring instruments

- Monitor machine operations to detect any issues or malfunctions

- Conduct quality checks on finished products

- Assist with tooling changes and setups as needed

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in operating milling machines, press brake machines, lathes, laser cutting equipment, stamping presses, etc.

- Ability to read and understand blueprints for precise production

- Strong basic math skills for measurements and calculations

- Experience with tooling changes and setups

- Familiarity with calipers and other measuring tools

- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication is a plus
