Responsibilities and Duties

•Responsible for the day-to-day operation of a pest control customer route using training provided to ensure the most efficient pest solution for our customers.

•Follow a daily route schedule, insuring timely arrival at each stop. 

•Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and cross sell additional services. Discuss the scope of services provided with the customer.

•Apply all products according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions.

•Respond to customer service requests, address concerns, and provide verbal and written communication in a timely manner.

•Maintain a professional image through daily attention to vehicle and equipment maintenance and cleanliness as well as personal, professional appearance.

•Accurately and professionally complete all service-related paperwork.

•Obey all vehicle policies and procedures.

•Strong Organizational skills and ability to work independently.

•Pest control knowledge including products and service.

Qualifications and Skills

•Current Certified Technician License 

•1 Years of related experience

•High School Diploma or GED

•Must be 21 or over.

•Familiarity with iPhone and iPad

•Valid TX Driver’s License

•Able to regularly lift 45 pounds, walk, stand, and climb ladders.

•Great customer service skills and neat appearance

•Works well in a team environment

•Must be able to pass background test and drug screen.
