Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technician to join our team. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing various mechanical tasks and providing technical support in a manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role that requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with precision instruments.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal machine performance
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements
- Operate and maintain tools such as micrometers, calipers, lathes, CNC machines, and hand tools
- Fabricate parts using various techniques and equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Proficiency in using precision instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and logic controllers
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles is preferred
- Familiarity with plastics blow molding processes is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members
