Responsibilities:
- Set up the breakfast area with food, beverages, and supplies
- Ensure that all food items are properly displayed and replenished as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests
- Clear tables and clean up after guests
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of food
- Communicate any issues or concerns to the management team promptly
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with guests in a positive and friendly manner
- Knowledge of POS systems for processing guest payments
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to assist with cooking breakfast items as needed
- Familiarity with OpenTable or other reservation systems is a plus
- Phone etiquette skills for taking reservations or answering guest inquiries
- Culinary background or training is a bonus, but not required
