Maintain Hotel Language to enhance sales and overall guest experience.
Answers inquiries, offers suggestions, and provides descriptive literature pertaining to activitieson and off property.
Works on property with front of the house departments, maintaining a well establishedrelationship to inform and implement guests' requests.
Follows forecast determining arrivals of transient guests and to book and up sell dining and allamenities on property.•Maintain prior call and amenity logs in a clear concise manner.
Ensure all guest special requests and amenities are clearly noted on the guest reservation folderin the reservations system.
Confirm all amenities and special requests have been communicated prior to guest arrival.
Maintain amenity inventory and order supplies when needed with approval from manager.
Handles requests from General Manager, Directors, Sales and Event Planning Managers for VIP'ssuch as amenity gifts, property tours, etc.
