JOB SUMMARY
Maximize overall hotel revenue and profit through development and implementation of effective inventory and pricing strategies based on future demand forecasts, current trends and historical data. Responsible for determining the optimal mix of business and managing distribution strategies through all channels to increase revenue and drive market share. Communicate revenue management strategic vision to leadership team at hotel.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
As the Director of Revenue Management, you are responsible for monitoring, managing, and maintaining all transient, group, and contract inventories to provide the best balance of market mix based on market demand fluctuations to drive overall bottom-line profit for the hotel. Develop overall pricing strategy to include all market segments and distribution channels while working integrally with all departments to deliver outstanding guest service are key components of your role.
