A Medical Receptionist with Intracoastal Dermatology, an AQUA Dermatology portfolio practice, warmly greets patients, pharmaceutical representatives, and other visitors into, and on departure from, the clinic. These key team members support our healthcare providers by assuring complete and accurate demographic, insurance, and, physical and medical history is obtained and documented in the EMR and PM software solutions.

Our Front Office staff ensures a smooth flow of patients into the clinic to wait for medical staffing. Once patients finish their visit, these same teammates collect payments, schedule follow-up appointments and ensure the patient received the exemplary experience we all strive to provide.

Medical Receptionist - Requirements

* Located in the Jacksonville/Nocatee/Ponte Vedra area

* Possess a High School diploma or GED certificate

* Experience as a Medical Receptionist in private practice is preferred

* Friendly, outgoing personality
