Responsibilities:
- Must be organized in meeting the preferences and requests of incoming guests
-Responsible for placing amenites and requests into guest rooms
-Knowledgeable about the surronding area
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns
- Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and check-out procedures
- Handle guest complaints or issues and escalate as necessary
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of personal information
- Operate hotel phone systems and handle incoming calls
- Using hotel computer based systems to plan incoming guest arrivals
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation
Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or guest services is preferred
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Familiarity with front desk operations and guest relations
- Knowledge of hotel systems and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Proficient in using computer software applications for hotel management
