Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent interpersonal skills, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service - Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders - Assist in restocking inventory and replenishing supplies as needed Experience: - Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role preferred - Strong knowledge of basic math for measuring ingredients and handling cash transactions - Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members - Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and mixology techniques is a plus If you are passionate about providing exceptional service, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests, we invite you to apply for the position of Bartender.
