As well as lots of free pizza. Reporting directly to the Operations Supervisor (and indirectly to the COO), this individual has shared functional responsibilities between sales and operations and will serve as a liaison supporting both functional divisions.

 PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Supports activities relating to direct venting application, ventilation code, design support, sales quotation support, and assistance as back up liaison with OEM supplier. 
• Supports Marketing content needs for specific product content.
• Supports the sourcing, ordering, and inventory management of tile from domestic and international suppliers based upon production requirements and forecasted needs. Supports sales as needed with tile samples. 
• Learns and supports equipment order process, assist with communication to key personnel regarding inventory, and order status.
•  Learns and provides back up to shipping/logistics and assists with documentation for domestic and international shipments, ocean freight, air freight, small package, LTL, and dedicated services for both inbound and outbound freight. 
• Supports required logistics coordination specific to delivery, rigging, and installation (including build on site) of equipment on the job site.
•  Assists with AutoQuotes content updates and data management. 
•  Other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Bachelor or Associates degree in Business or construction related field required.
• 2 years of relevant project management experience in a related field.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 

• Travel may be required.
• Transportation and a valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs.
