We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector for our manufacturing client in the medical device industry.

This is a 2nd shift position on a 4/10's schedule (Monday through Thursday 3:45pm to 1:45am)

Compensation: $20-21/hr depending on experience

Location: Oceanside, CA 92056

As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for adhering to the Company's Quality Management System to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, inspect device components and finished devices following inspection instructions and procedures, verify quality documents, records, and maintain quality files, communicate inspection results to Quality Supervision, operators or other team members.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality control or assurance roles / industrial manufacturing, a quality manufacturing, or industrial medical device manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of quality systems, processes, and methodologies
- Able to use manual inspection instruments including micrometers, calipers, optical comparators, toolmakers, and microscopes is required
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot defects or inconsistencies
- Computer literacy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills; written and verbal
