We are seeking a Recruiter to support our growth. The recruiter will work remotely and report to the Practice Support Center in Brentwood, TN.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities

• Execute full life cycle recruitment from posting positions through extending offers
• Source candidates through creative channels and networking
• Educate candidate on the organization and opportunities with a thorough understanding of the company's messaging
• Present highly qualified candidates to hiring managers and partner with them to arrive at a hiring decision
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives
• Develop relationships and schools and universities for recruiting and internship opportunities
• Attend events at schools as well as dental industry events to source candidates

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited school
• Minimum of 2 years experience recruiting in a healthcare or medical environment
• Dental recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Tremendous attention to detail
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Solution-oriented with a positive, creative approach to evaluating situations
• Ability to ensure an effective, efficient, and consistent process while also being flexible
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and act with a sense of urgency
• Appropriate accommodations for an office in the home
• Willing to travel up to 15%
