Site Merchandising Associate – New York (Hybrid)

Position Details 

Marquee Brands, a leader in managing a diverse portfolio of global consumer brands, is seeking a Site Merchandising Associate for our New York headquarters. This role presents an exciting opportunity to drive impactful changes in our website merchandising efforts, contributing to our overall business growth, and enhancing the customer experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, paying attention to details, and can work with various cross-functional teams and external partners to optimize sales and brand consistency.

Responsibilities:

• Support product launches to ensure product is uploaded and live on site to align with arrival in the warehouse as well as merchandised into the corresponding categories
• Upload and maintain online catalog of products and categories, ensuring products are attributed and categorized properly with accurate imagery, color, copy, pricing, tags
• Manage uploading and testing of all site content, from homepage banners, video, and e-mail creative in coordination with daily site refreshes, promotions, and new functionality releases.
• Own 3rd party platform integrations and management including but not limited to - product reviews, site search and product recommendations
• Consider customer data and insights, competitive analysis, and assortment priorities to deliver positive site experiences.
• Work with brand marketing and licensees for seasonal product launches, ensuring all data is accurate and timely
• Manage SEO tactics, including alt tags, category structure, PDP copy, content blocks and redirects
• Execute established processes to optimize SEO at a category/subcategory level.

• Assist customer service team and developers in trouble-shooting customer facing related issues
• Develop and create reports to analyze site updates, product selling and marketing strategies.
• This role will report to the Director of E-Commerce
• Identify process and/or system inefficiencies on a regular basis.
• Performs other ad hoc tasks to support day-to-day web merchandising, and overall ecommerce business operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field is required,
• 2-3 years site merchandising experience,
• Shopify Plus experience,
• Klaviyo Experience is a plus,
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel,
• Proficient in Google Analytics or similar digital analytics tools, pulling reports and interpreting basic website analytics
