The Procurement Tech for the equipment realization team is responsible for issuing prints and assembly drawings to appropriateareas for equipment builds, as well as procurement of materials, tooling andcomponents for equipment builds.

Responsibilities

• Issue packets for fabrication/assembly
• Gather and organize components for equipment builds
• Obtain quotes for components not in stock
• Generate purchase requisitions in SAP
• Track and follow up on purchases from request to receipt of product
• Shipping and receiving within the department
• Inventory management
• Build and maintain working relationships with internal customers
• Build and maintain working relationships with external suppliers

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Basic Math skills
• Knowledge of computer skills, including the use of SAP and Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to comprehend complex verbal and written instructions
• Ability to interact effectively with supervisors, co-workers, and production personnel.
