Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Assistant to join our team. The Construction Assistant will work closely with the project management team to support various construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry.

Duties:
- Assist with project scheduling and coordination
- Review and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Assist with construction estimating and budgeting
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Assist in managing project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Utilize construction management software, such as Prolog, ProCore, and HeavyBid, to track project details and communicate updates

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and procedures
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics
- Familiarity with construction estimating and budgeting practices
- Experience using construction management software, such as Prolog, ProCore, or HeavyBid
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
