POSITION SUMMARY:
The Customer Experience Specialist will support the sales team by creating a superior in-house demo experience for customers.Must be able to plan, manage and execute in-house demonstrations for Marlen customers using Marlen equipment. Interpersonal skills are also a top priority as this position requires interaction with customers and sales team members at all points during the selling process. The goal is to become a trusted advisor to the Marlen customers and sales team. This position will also assist in managing the day-to-day organization and sanitization of the solution center and accompanying storage areas.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate. The employee is frequently required to stand and sit. The employee is required to walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move heavy objects up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and color vision. The work environment includes a combination of office and manufacturing. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate. Travel in a car or plane is occasionally required.
Pre-Employment Verifications: Must satisfactorily pass background check, post-offer drug screen, and physical prior to employment.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The work environment for this position is a combination of office and light industrial; the noise levels can vary between low and moderate. The offices of Marlen are climate controlled; however, temperatures can be hot or cold in manufacturing and the solution center.
