Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist/File Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing and maintaining physical files, ensuring efficient document retrieval.
Responsibilities:
-Answer and transfer incoming calls
-Greet customers and assist as needed.
- Receive and sign for deliveries.
- Keep items updated in supply drawer.
- Organize and maintain physical filing systems
- Perform data entry to update and maintain databases
- Sort and categorize documents for easy access
-Ensure proper labeling of files for easy identification
Requirements:
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and systems such as order entry
- Ability to computerize information accurately
- Prior experience in an office setting is preferred but not required.
