Marks & Harrison is seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal to join the team in our Richmond, VA office.

Paralegals are expected to manage all aspects of a case including, but not limited to, primary contact for all involved parties, use of case management system, request and evaluate medical and investigation records, and preparation of court and settlement documents.

An ideal candidate would possess the following:

  • 3-5 years' experience as a Litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant in a personal injury firm
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, be a team player, and strong individual contributor
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, manage, and meet deadlines
  • Strong computer skills
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and case management software
