Description:

Markon is currently seeking a Monitor and Control resource to support one of our Intelligence Community customers.

Duties include:

• Reconcile monthly invoices using customer billing system
• Analyze data from customer CapT, and ServiceNow PPM
• Submit invoices to customer
• Analyze discrepancies between two systems and propose migration
• Other duties include: requirements gathering, business process improvement and production of customer deliverables

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Expertise in intermediate to advanced Excel Skills (pivot tables, basic formulas)
• Knowledge of finance and accounting principles
• Knowledge of Fee for Service or Working Capital Fund concepts and business models
• Working knowledge of Government funding lifecycle
• Knowledge of ServiceNow PPM
• Minimum 10 years experience with a strong business and finance background
