Markie Davis State Farm Insurance is looking to hire a highly motivated individual to join an amazing team in Trinidad. A $1000 signing bonus if you already have a Colorado Property and Casualty insurance license. If you are not licensed, training and licensing fees will be paid for you.

As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to uncover the needs of customers and help them protect what they already have and reach their goals. You will achieve your goals and agency goals by engaging with new customers and building strong relationships within the Trinidad community.

You’ll work as a member of a team focused on providing insurance that help customers protect their homes, cars, and incomes, to achieve their dreams.

Licensed Insurance Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Provide service to existing customers.
• Processing new insurance applications
• Initiate new business sales while building an excellent reputation for providing remarkable customer service.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and answer questions and make changes to existing policies.
• Represent the Office at community events.

Licensed Insurance Sales Representative Requirements:

• Property and Casualty Insurance license or able to become licensed within the first 60 days of hire.
• 2 years of sales experience preferred
• Must be organized, able to multitask, and efficient
• Must be self-motivated, reliable and have a positive attitude
• PC skills
• Possess a willingness to learn and be coachable
• Excellent skills in communication
