As an Inside Sales Representative for MHS, you will promptly and courteously assist all customers with their account purchases. Furthermore, you will handle customer service issues and follow-up with customers as scheduled after a purchase is made. If these attributes reflect your personality, then MHS is the right place for you!Job ResponsibilitiesAs an Inside Sales Representative for DMS, you will perform many essential tasks and duties to ensure that your station operates efficiently and effectively.Additional responsibilities include:Answering customers’ questions about products, prices, availability, product uses and credit termsMeeting all sales objectives and handling all aspects of completing a sale including paperworkEmphasizing product features based on analyses of customers’ needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitationsMaintaining customer recordsPreparing sales contracts for orders obtained and submitting orders for processingSelecting the correct products or assisting customers in making product selections based on their needs, product specifications and all other applicable regulationsCollaborating with colleagues to exchange information such as selling strategies and marketing informationQualificationsAs an Inside Sales Representative, you must have a very energetic and outgoing personality. You must also be conscientious in regards to your customers’ needs and always be able to help. The ability to communicate well verbally is also very important as you will be in front of customers and expected to relay important information in regards to their service plan or device. Due to the fact that you must communicate and process computer information at the same time, you must also be able to multitask well.
