Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Event Planner to organize and execute agency-related events that not only align with our brand values but also captivate and engage attendees. This role involves detailed event planning, budget management, and effective collaboration with influencers to produce impactful events. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management, influencer collaboration, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning and Execution: Plan, design, and execute events from concept through completion, ensuring they reflect the agency’s brand and meet client expectations.
  • Influencer Collaboration: Work closely with influencers to design and execute events that enhance both the event experience and influencer engagement. Coordinate with influencers to promote the event and integrate their input into event themes and content.
  • Vendor and Venue Management: Select and manage relationships with vendors and venues, negotiating contracts to ensure favorable terms and adherence to budgets.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and constant communication with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, vendors, and influencers. Ensure all parties are informed of event progress and any changes.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and tracking expenses to align with financial objectives.
  • Attendee Experience: Enhance attendee engagement through creative event programming and seamless logistics. Ensure a high level of satisfaction among participants, aiming to exceed expectations.
  • Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations to determine the effectiveness of the event. Collect feedback from attendees, sponsors, and stakeholders to improve future events.
  • Reporting: Provide detailed reports on the outcomes of each event, including attendee feedback, budget use, and overall success metrics. Report these findings to senior management and clients to demonstrate ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an event planner or organizer, with a strong portfolio of successfully managed events, especially in corporate or promotional settings.
  • Experience working with influencers and understanding how to leverage their networks for event promotion and engagement.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong vendor management skills, with a knack for negotiating and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Events management: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Temecula, CA 92590: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
