Marketing By Design is seeking a Graphic Designer who will concept and design packaging for a diverse portfolio of clients.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for great design, an interest or experience in brand packaging and be excited about a career in a fast-paced studio. You will be working in a collaborative environment as part of our design team, whilst also working independently. As well as possessing the essential design skills, you will also be able to take direction and adapt to different brand styles and you will have a strong work ethic.

The position is full-time (40 hours) Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm. and is open to fully remote working

Main Duties:

• Create and deliver packaging concepts and designs that effectively promote the client’s brand and vision
• Present and justify creative concepts and designs effectively to the Creative team
• Review and modify concepts and designs based on received feedback
• Consistently meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and desire to excel
• Good communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced studio
• Proficient in both Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Working knowledge of Mac OS and related applications
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant area of study

Preferred Experience:

• 1 or more years of experience as a Graphic Designer is strongly preferred.
