- May be required to sit or stand for up to 8 hours.

- Due to the outdoor environment, must be able to work in various weather that may affect the temperature and humidity.
- Candidates should have working knowledge of typical lawn care and plants; lawn equipment use, maintenance and repair.
- Qualified candidates should also have general “handyman” knowledge to be used in a wide range of light maintenance for both interior and exterior structure repairs.
