What will your day look like? As a Level III Technician, you will:

• Ensure data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance to safeguard our customers' interests.
• Handle escalated tickets efficiently to provide timely resolutions for customer issues.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of server and network topology, equipment, and configurations for each client.
• Perform system administration tasks including system and application installations, server setup, patch management, troubleshooting operating system issues, and log analysis.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients by deploying system management tools and configuring necessary infrastructure components.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve network problems such as connectivity issues and traffic utilization discrepancies.
• Configure and manage server migrations to ensure seamless transitions for clients.
• Install and configure network components including firewalls, switches, VLANs, WiFi Access Points, and VPNs to optimize network performance and security.
• Provide infrastructure services such as operating system management, directory services, server virtualization, backup and restore procedures, network monitoring, and application configuration.

• Bring a wealth of experience, including a minimum of 3 years working for a Managed Service Provider and over 5 years of hands-on experience configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining networking equipment, Windows servers and workstations, Office 365, and similar technologies.
• Have access to reliable transportation for client visits.
• Proficient in working with and deploying hypervisors, including Azure, AWS, Hyper-V, and VMWare ESXi.
• Familiarity with Professional Services Automation (PSA) and Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools such as Autotask and Ninja VSA.
• Skilled in configuring VLANs and routing protocols to optimize network performance.
• Experienced in server setup and application migration to ensure smooth transitions.
• Competent in configuring Microsoft Office 365 tenants and managing online versions of Exchange and SharePoint.
