What will your day look like? As a Level III Technician, you will:

• Respond promptly to incoming requests via telephone, web portal, and email, ensuring a courteous and effective resolution of end-user issues.
• Facilitate seamless onboarding experiences for new hires through provisioning and system setup.
• Efficiently prioritize incidents and service requests in alignment with defined processes to meet SLAs.
• Design and architect network and server solutions for optimal performance.
• Familiarity with Intune is preferred.
• Utilize remote tools and diagnostic utilities to expedite support resolution.
• Perform hands-on desktop fixes and hardware repairs as necessary, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Deploy and configure hardware and software components across network infrastructure devices.
• Implement and maintain security stack, software configurations, and monitoring systems.
• Administer servers through Active Directory, File & Print services, DNS, and DHCP.
• Manage network firewall and switch administration, ensuring robust security protocols.
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks, including workstation and peripheral checks and cleaning.
• Foster positive relationships across departments and with colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and security standards.

You will be a good fit as a Level III Technician if you have:

• Completion of a college diploma or university degree in Computer Science or a related field, or a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in desktop and server operating systems such as Windows 7, Windows 10, Server 2012, Server 2016, Server 2019, and Mac OS.
