Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Rehab / Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. As a Rehab / Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our chiropractic office and providing exceptional patient care. If hired, you will:

• Collaborate with the chiropractor to determine individualized treatment plans be executed in office while also providing home exercise plans.
• Assisting patients with therapeutic exercises and stretches, providing guidance on proper techniques and form.
• Monday - Thursday 8:30a - 6pm; Tuesday mornings flexible hours. (3 day weekends!)

Responsibilities:

• Enjoy helping people and being part of a great team!
• Ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
• Schedule and confirm appointments using our electronic scheduling system
• Maintain rehab area, ensuring cleanliness and organization
• Educate patients on home care exercises and proper ergonomics
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality

Skills:

• Excellent attitude and enjoys people
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients/team members and provide clear instructions
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and willingness to learn
• Exercise or fitness background is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of chiropractic terminology and procedures is preferred but not required (willing to train)
