Sales Associate/Brand Ambassador

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate and Brand Ambassador. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming customers to our property, providing excellent customer service, and promoting our brand through product knowledge and engaging communication.

Key responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter and provide a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience
- Assist customers in finding the products they are looking for and provide recommendations based on their needs
- Educate customers about our brand, products, promotions, and events
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout counter
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the values and personality of our brand
- Attend training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
