Responsibilities:

- Assist the Store Manager in managing store staff, operations, and inventory
- Supervise and train employees
- Ensure store cleanliness and organization
- Monitor and meet sales targets
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Implement marketing strategies to drive sales
- Conduct employee orientation and training programs

Skills:

- Proficient in retail math and budgeting
- Experience in buying and market analysis
- Strong clerical skills for administrative tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette for customer interactions
- Ability to conduct interviews and employee evaluations
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with wireless sales is advantageous
