Markesman Group is looking for an Administrative Specialist to join our team at Ft. Meade, Maryland.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- TS/SCI w/ CI Poly
Preferred Requirements
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in office administration to include:
- Providing end-user support and performs general administrative duties with minimal guidance.
- Assisting with maintaining knowledge management files and websites for the organization.
- Experience maintaining logs, records, and files.
- Maintaining calendars and schedules
- Assisting with coordinating, planning, and organizing meeting events, and supports planning and execution of technical exchanges, conferences, and synchronization sessions, obtaining space and necessary materials and equipment.
- Reviewing, developing, and managing of office administrative operating procedures.
- Preparation and/or distribution of read-ahead materials and briefings.
- Tracking task items and tasks.
- Providing budgetary, billing, and financial management of front office expenses incurred to support the organization (e.g., office supplies).
