Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage and follow up with potential leads to expand sales opportunities in Glendale, CA
• Identify and cultivate new prospects within the specific regions covered by our team to drive business growth
• Consult with buyers and sellers to understand their housing preferences and requirements, ensuring successful transactions
• Build and nurture strong client relationships to improve sales prospects
• Prepare well-crafted purchase offers for buyers to streamline the closing process

Qualifications:

• A track record of recent sales within the past 6 months is required
• Display self-motivation and proficiency in utilizing the MLS for property searches, conducting CMAs, and drafting purchase and sale agreements
• Demonstrate strong empathy and relationship-building skills with diverse personalities
• Must be a resident of Glendale, California
