ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are hiring a Sales and Marketing Agent to grow our list of prospective clients and onboard new clients. If you are energetic, goal-oriented, and sales-minded, we are excited to harness your talents in this rewarding opportunity to build your career.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop retention strategies and promote's crossale and suggest additions/changes to existing policies.
• Service policyholders as required, including endorsement processing and requesting information required by the insurance company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Recent sales experience is required
• Examples of relative experience that may be considered are: retail sales, financial planning, retention, debt collection, debt consolidation, business ownership, manager of financial P&L
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)

Pay Scale: Annualized Compensation

• First year: $35k to $45k
• Second year: $45k to $60k
• Third year $60k to $85k or more
