Mark Naylor Solar was established in 1980's by owner Mark Naylor. Family owned business here in San Diego... specializing in solar hot water heating. We are looking to expand the business by adding hard working installers.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Self motivating, hard worker, honesty, OK with working outdoors, must have experience with power tools & equipment, plumbers or roofers (bonus) but not required, problem solver, MUST HAVE valid drivers license, job requires manual labor (physically demanding ie. digging trenches, working on roof tops etc.), ability to learn quickly, MUST HAVE own transportation to get to and from work.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Loading/unloading truck daily, keeping shop organized and clean, getting jobs done in a timely manner, being able to talk with customers, asking for help when needed, honesty if mistakes are made, works well with others, working minimum 8 a day,

PAY:

• -Hourly pay/benefits are based off previous experience and minimum of 2 week working review.
