Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and other project team members
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure milestones are met
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect workmanship and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other construction documents
- Utilize construction management software (such as ProCore) to track project progress, update schedules, and manage budgets
- Provide regular updates to project stakeholders regarding project status, budget, and any potential risks or delays
- Oversee the implementation of OSHA safety standards on the construction site

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction documents
- Experience supervising construction projects from start to finish
- Familiarity with construction management software (such as ProCore) for scheduling, budgeting, and documentation purposes
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Knowledge of budgeting and construction estimating processes

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
