Our growing manufacturing client has an immediate need for an assembly mechanic. This role involves diverse mechanical assemblies of a variety of machines and equipment requiring accurate alignment, fitting, and adjustment to close tolerance
Responsibilities:
Work off of blueprints of parts, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies. · Assemble machine parts, materials, and fasteners supplied. · Assist managers address any production problems · Work with a wide variety of hand tools and power hand tools ·Prepare machine for final machine wiring ·Test machines · Perform Ad hoc tasks when required.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Minimum of 1-3 years of technical education or experience. ·
At least 3-6 months of mechanical assembly experience .
Hydraulic experience a plus!
Strong attention to detail and an independent worker.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $65,000.00 per hour
