Seeking an experienced and organized Pedo/Ortho Office Manager to join our wonderful team. Pedo and Ortho experience required. Responsibilities include supervising staff, overseeing administrative processes, developing and implementing office policies, treatment plans for ortho/pedo, collections, and daily front office responsibilities.

Our brand new location in San Jose is steadily growing and we are looking for an office manager who can assist with building practice, marketing, and creating a wonderful experience for our patients, parents, and team members.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
