Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality compassionate care all while maintaining the patients respect, dignity and acknowledging their beliefs and wishes.

Duties:

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals
- Perform medical procedures within scope of practice
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate patient records

Requirements:

- Current Nurse Practitioner license
- Knowledge of Athena EMR, would be helpful
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
