Marion County Horizon Center is Hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Near Mount Vernon, IL

Do you like helping others and having a feeling of purpose? If so, this is the job for you! We currently have Full-Time Direct Support Professional positions in our Mount Vernon, IL CILA homes. We help individuals with developmental disabilities live integrated lives in our local communities. Some examples include swimming, bowling, shopping, fishing, going to the movies, and enjoying many other fun activities! You’ve probably seen us around town and may or may not even have known it!

We're looking for hard-working, dependable, enthusiastic employees who want to serve others. If you enjoy working with people and are looking for a new challenge, we want to meet you! We offer paid training for those new to the field!

Third shift is fantastic for folks attending college as there is generally some quiet time each night for studying!

Vaccination is strongly encouraged… but NOT REQUIRED.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Benefits:

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 12 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Weekends as needed
