Responsibilities:
- Analyze initial applications and supporting documentation to determine eligibility for federal and state medical assistance

-Attend training as assigned and maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations, policies and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records through data entry
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of all records and communications

-All other duties as assigned.

Experience:
- Successfully complete KDHE Eligibility Training

-Strong computer skills with the ability to maneuver in complex software systems; excellent data entry skills with the ability to type 30 words per minute accurately

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to analyze customer needs
- Ability to manage competing priorities and demonstrate critical thinking skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
