Job Description
Mariner Sands is a private, member-owned club located in Stuart, Florida. Built on 728 acres of land with 771 luxurious residences, Mariner Sands boasts a 28,000 square foot clubhouse with wrap-around golf course views and award winning cuisine as well as a new, state of the art casual dining and 6,000 square foot free-form pool with zero depth entry. We currently have an immediate opening for a Security Officer.
Security officers protect the assets of Mariner Sands and preserve the life and safety of all members, guests and associates within the community. Qualifications and requirements include but are not limited to:
- Access Control and patrol duties
- Answering phones
- Calls for Service (Noise Complaints, Animal Problem, parking issues, etc)
- Alarm Response
- Camera system monitoring and review
- Fire and Safety checks
- Member Welfare checks
- Report Writing
- Perimeter patrol
- Traffic Control
- Emergency Response / Recovery (Hurricane Response Team, Fires, Floods).
The individual must have the ability to work independently with a high degree of personal initiative and self-motivation; exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills and dependable work ethic.
Additional Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Able to work in varied environments (cold/heat/rain)
- Exceptional customer service skills
