We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic, hardworking, and detail-oriented Title Clerk. You will be working in a friendly, fast-paced environment, and we offer a clear path for growth and advancement within our organization.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist with the Preparation and Processing of Boat Sales Transactions and Ensuring Accurate and Timely Completion.
- Manage and Process all Title, Registration Work, Ensuring all Legal Documents are Accurate and Up-To-Date.
- Organize / Process MSO's, Maintain an Appropriate Filing System, and Complete Appropriate Affidavits for Requesting Duplicate MSO's as Needed.
- Coordinate All Paperwork Involved in the Sale process, Print all Closing Documents, Record customer deposits/Payments, and maintain Inventory logs.
- Maintain all Documents Regarding Warranty Registering within Manufacturer’s Specified Time Frame Requirements.
