What are we looking for?
Marine Travelift Inc., in Sturgeon Bay, WI is excited to be adding a Digital Marketing Coordinator to our team. As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of various digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
**This is an hourly role that has the option of being part-time (24-28 hours per week) or full time (32-40 hours per week).
As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will
- Assist in creating marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Create or edit visual assets for marketing materials using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Help manage and grow the companys presence on various social media platforms, by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to support marketing strategies.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing marketing data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make recommendations for improvements.
- Support website updates and optimization efforts.
- Complete all other duties and responsibilities that are assigned.

- Have a Bachelors or Associates degree in Marketing or related field
- Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Work as well as familiarity in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Be detail oriented and have good organizational skills.
- Have good interpersonal skills with ability to identify and maintain confidentiality as applicable.
