Full Time Collections Representative
We are looking for a new team member in our Collections Department. You must be professional in dress and manner, efficient, detail oriented, dependable, flexible, have a positive attitude, and be of unquestionable trust and integrity. The ideal candidate will possess excellent telephone etiquette, interpersonal skills, as well as listening and communication skills. This position will be goal driven and will require working in a team setting. You will also be assigned accounts for collection and will be expected to recover monies owed to the credit union within all legal parameters and processes. You must be compassionate and understanding but yet firm and always keep the best interest of both the member and the credit union in mind.
The hours for this position will be Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm; however, you must be flexible to work outside normal business hours when needed.
